On average, our consultants have nine years of professional experience.   Cumulatively, our partners have been Harmer Associates for eighty-five years.  Forty percent of our staff have been on our team in excess of ten years.  These are unmatched statistics in our industry.  If tenure is any indication of success, our prosperous evolution is by no means accidental.
