At a time when we were still very much in our infancy, Jim took a bold step to become the third employee to join Harmer Associates and embrace our vision.  Today, Jim plays an integral role in Harmer’s daily operations.  “It’s the day-in and day-out execution that keeps us ahead of the pack. 

Our people initiate the calls, follow-up on the leads, uncover the overlooked, and ask the questions… continuously, relentlessly.  Much of what we do is necessary and may not be glamorous.  But it gets done - everyday, by everyone.  We don’t outgrow our roles.  Egos don’t get in the way of performing the tasks that make us successful.”

Jim Viola is a graduate of Saint Norbert College with a degree in Accounting.  He was a Price Waterhouse Auditor prior to joining Harmer Associates in 1988.
