Sourcing and Screening
Simultaneously, candidate sourcing is initiated. New sources are identified and direct solicitations extended. Networking is conducted among viable sources and industry leads are contacted.
Candidates are identified. Detailed information, prior-feedback and personal impressions are revealed and discussed. Impressions are shared and backgrounds evaluated. Motivations are identified; strengths and weaknesses are assessed as we draw conclusions. This is a process of sharing and learning. Interviews are scheduled. We share detailed job descriptions, organization charts and impressions of the client’s culture and environment. Salary requirements and motivations are readdressed.
